A premier commercial development in Mumbai's central business district, Skyline Towers required a high-capacity vertical transportation system capable of clearing peak morning lobby congestion without lengthy queue times.
ELETA's engineering division designed a cluster of eight 3.0 m/s gearless passenger elevators managed by an intelligent Destination Dispatch algorithm. By grouping passengers destined for proximate floors prior to elevator boarding, overall trip times were reduced by 32%, while regenerative braking drives fed excess power back into the tower's electrical grid.
